Safari South Africa: Tourist In My Own CountryAugust 12, 2013 / bynatalie / Categories : Travel, Uncategorized
I’m going up North for the weekend to see my folks and we’ve decided to take a bit of a road trip to the Kruger National Park. I haven’t been there since I was a tiny baby and I can hardly even wait! We are spending the weekend at the amazing nThambo Tree Camp, in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, which is part of the Greater Kruger.
The accommodation is in tree-height chalets that let you feel like you’re at one with nature, while relaxing in absolute luxury. There are only five chalets in the camp and the dining and lounge areas are outside. A visit to nThambo includes all meals, game drives and guided bushwalks and I don’t want to make you too jealous, but we’ll probably be seeing the big 5 this weekend.
I can’t wait to hang out with my family and experience the bushveld. Doesn’t this place just look amazing?
Check out nThambo Tree Camp’s website for rates and bookings.
