Having an indulgent spa treatment is one of my absolute favourite ways to relax. Personally, if ever I want to spoil myself or someone I love, a spa treatment is the first treat I reach for. I often get queries from readers about spas in and around the city, so here’s my guide on where to find the best spa treatments in Cape Town.
Where To Find The Best Spa Treatments in Cape Town
Luxury Spa Treatments – Delaire Graff
When it comes to luxury everything, it’s Delaire Graff all the way. From the magnificent hanging garden that welcomes you to the farm, to their extensive art collection, delicious food and stunning wine, it’s all just one incredible experience. Of course their spa would be amazing too. I recently visited for a full body massage and I can highly recommend a visit. If you’ve got the time, make sure to take your swimsuit because they’ve got a hot tub with view.

Price: R1300 for a 60 minute treatment
Speciality Spa Treatments – Babylonstoren
I just love every single detail about Babylonstoren. Their farm-chic aesthetic and home-grown produce and perfectly “unmanicured” manicured garden. A visit to the farm is an absolute must. If you’re a water baby like me, the Hammam Ritual treatment will leave you feeling like a whole new person. The treatment takes place in a heated marble room, where you are buffed, massaged and rinsed with warm water until all your troubles melt away.

Casual Luxury Spa Treatments – Mona Lisa Skin & Body Bar
Sometimes you just don’t necessarily have the time to head out to the winelands for a spa day, but you feel like a little pampering. Mona Lisa Skin & Body Bar in Clifton is the perfect place to have a massage, mani and pedi or facial close to the city. It has a casual luxury about it and the owner, Lise-Marie is just lovely. I love a QMS facial, so would definitely recommend booking one.
Price: R650 for a 60 minute full body massage or R550 for a 60 minute QMS Deep Cleanse facial
