My little sister is getting married in Bali this September and I could not be more excited about it. She lives in Australia, but we’ve been chatting almost every day about the venue, the guest list, the bachelorette party…it’s all just so exciting! My sister and her fiancé have booked the most incredible villa for the wedding, and they’re making the most of their destination wedding by spending 5 days in the villa with the entire wedding party. Twenty of us are going to be staying at Villa The Sanctuary in Canggu, which is absolutely dreamy.

Keenan and I are going a few days early, and we’ve booked a hut at Le Pirate Hotel on Gili Trawangan. The island is a short boat ride from Bali and only 3km’s long and 2km’s wide. There are no cars on the island, so bicycles are the only way to get around. I imagine we’re going to be spending most of the time swimming, napping, eating, cycling and taking photos of these cute huts.

After the wedding, our family is booking into The Lokha, in Ubud. I can’t wait to spend a few days just hanging out with them, walking through the rice paddies, exploring temples and the town part of Ubud.

Hey Natalie
We are actually in Canggu at the moment – based here for a month or so to get some work done. It is such a cool spot in Bali. You must MUST try some of the healthy food options in Canggu (including all the breakfast bowls). Definitely recommend trying Crate, Betelnut and Milk & Madu. Sure you will be super busy with wedding stuff but would be cool to grab a coffee.
